Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan does not ask for a payment method.
What counts as a client?
Each client marked active in the CRM. Inactive clients are not billed, so there is no need to delete history.
How do I pay?
For now the Agency plan is activated by hand: email hola@geniaerp.com and we send you the monthly charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email hola@geniaerp.com and we close your account. You can ask for an export of your data first.
